ADVANCE 911 SCREENING — SERVICE DESCRIPTION

This Service Description describes the Advance 911 Screening service ("Screening Services") provided by Advance Together AI Incorporated ("Provider"). This Service Description is incorporated by reference into each applicable Service Order Form and the Cloud Services Agreement between Provider and Customer.

Capitalized terms not defined in this Service Description have the meanings given to them in the Cloud Services Agreement.

1. Overview

Advance 911 Screening is a cloud-based, AI-powered candidate assessment platform designed specifically for public safety recruitment.

The Screening Services enable public safety agencies to design, administer, evaluate, and manage candidate screening assessments through a secure browser-based platform. The platform combines standardized assessment modules with agency-developed custom modules, allowing organizations to build screening processes tailored to their operational requirements while maintaining consistent administration, automated scoring, and centralized reporting.

The Screening Services are intended to support the recruitment of emergency communications personnel and may also be used for other public safety roles as determined by Customer.

2. Included Screening Services

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Service Order Form, the Screening Services include access to the following platform capabilities.

Candidate Management

The Screening Services include tools for managing candidate screening campaigns throughout the recruitment process.

Capabilities may include:

  • Candidate invitations
  • Secure candidate access
  • Intake management
  • Assessment scheduling
  • Candidate status tracking
  • Accommodation management
  • Candidate communications
  • Assessment history

Candidates access assigned assessments through secure invitation links and are not required to create platform accounts.

Standard Assessment Library

The Screening Services include a library of standardized assessment modules designed to evaluate competencies commonly required within public safety recruitment.

Provider may add, modify, replace, retire, or expand available assessment modules from time to time as part of the ongoing development of the platform.

Module Studio

The Screening Services include Module Studio, an integrated authoring environment that enables Authorized Users to create agency-specific assessment modules without requiring software development or technical expertise.

Using configurable module templates provided by Provider, Authorized Users may design reusable assessment modules tailored to their organization's operational procedures, competencies, hiring practices, policies, and evaluation objectives.

Module Studio capabilities may include:

  • Creation of agency-specific assessment modules
  • Configurable assessment templates
  • AI-assisted content generation
  • Customizable questions and scoring
  • Reusable module libraries
  • Module publishing workflows
  • AI-generated audio and voice content where supported
  • AI-generated images and visual assets where supported
  • Module preview and testing tools

Custom modules created by Customer remain available for use within Customer's Agency Environment throughout the applicable contract term.

Provider may periodically introduce additional module templates and authoring capabilities as part of the Screening Services.

Assessment Builder

The Screening Services include tools that enable Authorized Users to create complete candidate assessments by combining one or more standard assessment modules and agency-developed custom modules.

Assessment Builder capabilities may include:

  • Configurable assessment composition
  • Module sequencing
  • Scoring thresholds
  • Assessment timing
  • Intake configuration
  • Reusable assessment templates
  • Assessment publishing
  • Assessment administration

AI-Assisted Evaluation

The Screening Services utilize artificial intelligence to assist with candidate assessment and platform functionality.

AI capabilities may include:

  • Automated scoring
  • Intelligent answer evaluation
  • AI-generated content
  • AI-generated narration and voice synthesis
  • AI-assisted reporting
  • Automated candidate classification

Artificial intelligence is intended to assist Customer's recruitment processes and does not replace Customer's independent hiring decisions.

Results and Reporting

The Screening Services include reporting tools that enable Customer to review candidate performance and recruitment activity.

Reporting capabilities may include:

  • Candidate assessment results
  • Module-level scoring
  • Overall candidate classifications
  • Recruitment dashboards
  • Downloadable reports
  • Historical reporting
  • Data exports

Agency Branding

Customer may configure certain aspects of the candidate-facing experience to reflect Customer's organizational branding.

Branding capabilities may include:

  • Agency logo
  • Welcome messaging
  • Candidate communications
  • Agency identification throughout the candidate experience

Platform Administration

Authorized Users may administer Customer's Agency Environment through the administrative interface.

Administrative capabilities may include:

  • User management
  • Role-based permissions
  • Intake administration
  • Platform configuration
  • Assessment management
  • Reporting administration

Platform Improvements

Provider continuously develops and enhances the Screening Services.

During the subscription term Provider may:

  • Introduce new functionality
  • Improve existing features
  • Expand Module Studio capabilities
  • Introduce additional assessment templates
  • Improve AI functionality
  • Enhance reporting
  • Improve system performance
  • Introduce optional platform modules

Unless otherwise specified, enhancements released as part of Customer's subscribed package become available automatically.

3. Platform Access

Access to the administrative interface of the Screening Services is limited to Customer and its Authorized Users.

Candidates are not required to maintain platform accounts. Candidate access is provided through secure invitations generated by Customer.

Customer's Agency Environment includes its own users, assessments, modules, reporting, configuration settings, and administrative controls.

Access may not be shared, sublicensed, transferred, or otherwise provided to any unrelated organization without Provider's prior written consent.

4. Solution Packages

(a) Advance 911 Screening — Standard Package

The Screening Standard Package provides access to the Screening Services for use by a single public safety agency or organization during the applicable subscription term.

The Screening Standard Package includes:

  • Unlimited candidate assessments
  • One (1) Agency Environment
  • Access to the Standard Assessment Library
  • Module Studio
  • Assessment Builder
  • Candidate management
  • AI-assisted evaluation
  • Reporting and dashboards
  • Agency branding
  • Standard technical support

The annual subscription fee for the Screening Standard Package is specified in the applicable Service Order Form.

(b) Advance 911 Screening — Enterprise Package

The Screening Enterprise Package is designed for provincial, federal, national, and other multi-jurisdictional public safety organizations.

The Screening Enterprise Package includes all functionality included within the Screening Standard Package together with enterprise onboarding assistance and priority technical support.

The Enterprise Package may be used across the organizational units, divisions, or operational areas identified within the applicable Service Order Form.

Provider and Customer may periodically collaborate regarding product enhancements, operational requirements, and future platform development. Nothing in such collaboration obligates Provider to implement any requested functionality.

The annual fee for the Screening Enterprise Package is specified in the applicable Service Order Form.

5. Platform Updates

Provider continuously monitors, maintains, and improves the Screening Services.

Provider may release updates, bug fixes, security improvements, AI enhancements, additional assessment templates, Module Studio improvements, reporting enhancements, performance improvements, and user interface enhancements during the subscription term.

Provider will not intentionally remove or materially degrade functionality included within Customer's subscribed package during an active subscription term without Customer's consent.

6. Governing Documents

Customer's use of the Screening Services is governed by:

  • The applicable Service Order Form

In the event of any inconsistency, the documents shall take precedence in the order listed above unless expressly stated otherwise.
