The available services are set out below. A customer receives only those services expressly selected in its applicable Service Order Form. The description of a service on this page does not entitle any customer to that service unless it has been ordered and paid for under an applicable Service Order Form.

Advance 911 Training is an AI-powered simulation platform designed to support the training and professional development of 911 emergency communications personnel. The platform enables agencies to administer realistic, voice-based dispatch simulations that allow trainees to practise call-handling skills in a controlled environment.

The platform enables agencies to administer structured assessments to candidates and review results through a secure administrative interface.

General

Provider may add, modify, and enhance platform features, modules, functionality, and services from time to time as part of the ongoing development of the platform. Provider will not remove or materially degrade features included in a customer's subscribed service during an active subscription term without the customer's consent. Changes will be reflected on this page and the applicable service description pages as they occur.
